While it serves the purpose of helping your furniture sales professional determine your needs and even recommend other products, it is also likely to guide you to a better product. A smart response from a good furniture dealer might come to you first in the form of a question like, “What do you prefer? Soft, medium of firm?”

The last thing a reputable sleek furniture dealer will want is an angry customer who was told one thing, but ended up with another.
